Kiss988 started in 2018 with one simple conviction – that Malaysian players deserve a truly trustworthy online entertainment platform. At the time, many local players were relying on foreign platforms that didn't understand Malaysian users' needs and culture, with unfriendly interfaces, slow customer support, and payment methods that didn't suit local requirements.
The kiss988 founding team, made up of individuals with extensive experience in the technology and digital entertainment industry, saw this significant gap. They understood not only what players wanted in terms of games, but also the cultural context, security needs and overall expectations of Malaysian users. That's where kiss988 was born.
Over seven years of operation, kiss988 has grown from a small platform into one of the most recognized names in Malaysia's online entertainment industry. That didn't happen by chance. It's the result of a consistent commitment to listening to member feedback, continuously improving the platform, and never compromising on security or fair play.
Today, kiss988 has over 500,000 registered members from across Malaysia – from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, from Johor Bahru to Kota Bharu. Every member is part of a community we've built with a genuine sense of responsibility and appreciation.
One thing that sets kiss988 apart from other platforms is our unwavering focus on the specific needs of Malaysian players. That means a natural Bahasa Melayu interface, payment support through methods Malaysians use every day – including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow – plus Bahasa Melayu customer support available anytime.
We also understand that mobile technology is a big part of everyday life for Malaysian users. That's why we've invested seriously in developing the kiss988 mobile app, giving members easy access to all platform features from their Android or iPhone. From a free app download to secure biometric login, every detail is designed with Malaysian players in mind.
Kiss988 doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all. That's why we offer over 1,200 games across diverse categories – modern video slots from providers like Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and NetEnt; classic slots for those who prefer simplicity; live sports betting covering football, badminton, tennis and more; plus Live Casino games with real dealers. Whatever entertainment style you're after, kiss988 has you covered.
We partner exclusively with game providers that hold international recognition and use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This ensures every game on our platform is completely fair and free from any manipulation. That transparency is the foundation of the trust we build with every kiss988 member.
Kiss988 takes responsible gambling seriously. We believe online entertainment is only meaningful when played in a healthy and controlled way. Our platform provides a range of tools to help members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, daily loss limits, and the option to pause or temporarily block an account if needed. We also strictly prohibit members under 18 years of age from registering or playing on our platform under any circumstances.
